S2: Fuya Fuya

Fuya Fuya is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer whose genres range from Hip-Hop/R&B to Latin-American Folk. She is also a member of the Ecuadorian and Denver based band Neoma where she plays electric guitar and keys. In this episode, she shares her influences from her early musical training to rediscovering traditional Ecuadorian music as an adult.

The site launched in January 2015 and is modeled on a highly successful newspaper operating in Richmond, Virginia since 2008. Their newsroom is located in downtown Denver and they have a staff of seven.
